This blog will follow the construction of the new Alternate Learning and Career Center East, on the property of Lutheran Homes Society on the south-western corner of Wheeling and Seaman streets.

Construction continues, as the walls begin to ascend, electrical conduit is laid into the floors, and the building begins to take shape.
